Invar 36 applications

Invar 36 alloy, also known as invar alloy, is used in the environment requiring very low coefficient of expansion. The Curie point of the alloy is about 230 ℃, below which the alloy is ferromagnetic and the coefficient of expansion is very low. When the temperature is higher than this temperature, the alloy has no magnetism and the coefficient of expansion increases. The alloy is mainly used for manufacturing parts with approximate constant size in the range of temperature variation, and is widely used in radio, precision instruments, instruments and other industries.

Typical applications are as follows:

1,The double capacity conductor core used in transmission network can increase the current carrying capacity by 2 times than that of ACSR without changing the sag.
